The RAS MiniBendCenter is the world’s first automatic folding center for small parts. Blanks will be automatically fed, squared and measured. Tool setup is all automatic. A manipulator moves and rotates the blank automatically to the exact position. The folding cell folds the part up and down. The MiniBendCenter leads to low costs per part and a quantum leap in productivity.

The RAS PRIMEcut uses innovative swing beam technology instead of the traditional guillotine concept. The quick blade clearance adjustment guarantees clean and square cuts. The upper blade penetrates the material above the lower blade and delivers right-angled and burr-free parts. The tilting motion of the swing beam eliminates parts getting stuck between the lower blade and the backgauge. The extremely low rake angle of less than 1.0 degrees assures twist free cuts even at about 15 x material thickness! Special blades are ideal for mild steel as well as stainless steel applications.

RAS has added a TouchScreen control to the SMARTcut swing beam shear, thus giving more clearness on the monitor. With its 2 mm capacity and 3100 mm cutting length the RAS SMARTcut combines all characteristics of a high performance, premium shear. The UpDownCenter-2 is a semi-automatic bending center for panels and boxes up to 4060 mm bending length and up to 400 mm box height. With up to 4 mm bending capacity, it is ideal for thin and medium material thicknesses. The machine can be operated from the gauging but also from the folding beam side. The optional tool changer reduces set-up times and increases productivity especially on jobs with small batch sizes. Besides the up and down folding capability and the automated PosLift part positioning system, another true highlight of the machine is the automatic one-click programming software.

The Multibend-Center ECO is a cost-efficient entry-level solution for automatic bending of panels and boxes that includes all the features of a high-end panel bending machine.
